We are equipped with extensive knowledge and years of experience in Real Estate management leasing acquisition and disposition in both residential and commercial markets.

The Morid Family established the name Caltek Properties in 2003, after participating in real estate and property management since 1987 in Fremont, California. As the years have passed, the children of the Morid family have equipped themselves with Bachelor and Master Degrees in Business Administration and have been under the tutelage of their father, learning the essentials in real estate and management. The involvement of the Morid family in Bay Area real estate continues to grow and mature.

We understand the relationship between property owner, tenant, and property manager through our own experiences; having been in all three positions at some point in the life cycle of the business. We also understand that strong foundations within business lead to an organization that is able to overcome the toughest of obstacles.
